Serving Northern California's Mid-Peninsula Communities

A Note from Ginna

Dear Valued Clients,

After more than 10 years at Coldwell Banker/Seville Properties in Los Altos, I am very proud to announce that I am moving to the brand-new Palo Alto office of Cashin Company.

This change reflects my desire to be part of a locally based, family-run company that is more in touch with the local market. While I have enjoyed my time at CB, working for an independent company like Cashin Company will allow me to provide you with an even higher level of attention and personalized service.

The Cashin Company name has been synonymous with exceptional quality, integrity, and service in Peninsula real estate for over half a century. Cashin Company was founded on the enduring principles of personal relationships, local knowledge, extraordinary service, and commitment to the community. Now in its second generation of family ownership, I am thrilled to be working with the Cashin family, and to extend to you the benefits provided by this premier real estate company.

The move to Cashin Company makes even more sense since my husband and long-time business partner, John Lazar, is moving to take over the role of manager at the brand-new Palo Alto office. This change is part of a natural progression for John, who, as many of you know, was one of three owners of Cornish & Carey, and most recently the manager of Coldwell Banker’s Palo Alto office.

I am confident this will be a successful move for us. I thank you in advance for your continued support and commitment and look forward to working with you again.

Sincerely,
Ginna
