Well, the local market is just crazy! Homes are selling faster than we can list them. I had agents at the back door of a listing with written offers in hand as we were finishing the staging. We are holding Buyers at bay in order to give everyone a chance. A teardown in Palo Alto had 36 offers last week. The inventory remains slim and the Buyers are ready!! We are so fortunate to live here. Bon Chance!
