Being actively immersed in the horse world most of her life has prepared Ginna to focus on equine and rural properties as well. Universities and private schools have also turned to Ginna for help disposing of gifted properties.

Since starting her career as a Realtor in 1995, Ginna has been helping her clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate in the Bay Area — from San Francisco to Gilroy — with an emphasis on the mid-peninsula communities. She obtained her Brokers license in 2013 and currently owns and operates Lazar Homes.

Her extensive real estate experience started with Seville Properties in Los Altos; then she managed Christies International in Menlo Park, Sequoia Real Estate in Redwood City, Catarra Real Estate as well as Transpac Real Estate Company; both in Los Altos.

Ginna is a native Californian, growing up in San Marino, Laguna Beach and La Jolla. Her family owned and operated Turner Associates Real Estate in Laguna Beach for over 45 years!

Currently, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Friends of Huddart & Wunderlich Parks in Woodside, CA. In addition, she is a member of the Governing Board, Education Foundation of the Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association. Ginna’s service to the mid-peninsula community includes having served on the Board of Trustees for Charles Armstrong School, the Advisory Board for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as well as the Morrissey Compton Educational Center.

She attended The Orme School in Arizona, The Bishop’s Schools in La Jolla, and Cal-State Northridge. She is a member of the Consular Circle at the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana.

Her three children, now adults, were raised in Los Altos.
